PROGRAMME LOGIC CONTROLLER

The inline controller family is a modern, highly modular compact control system from Phoenix Contact Germany. It is designed for small to medium-sized applications.
Their open interfaces mean that they can be integrated in almost any network. The direct expandability using the Inline installation system allows the controllers to be adapted very flexibly to many application tasks. In addition, an INTERBUS remote bus can be configured as a bus branch in order to incorporate distributed sensors and actuators.
The ILC 150…..and ILC 200…controllers cover the lower performance range.
ILC 3xx… expands the application range of inline controllers to medium – sized applications. The integrated interface and the powerful processors together enable easy data communication.
With the ILC 3xx…., the Ethernet interface serves as a connection to other controllers or systems. The IEC 61131-5 communication modules allow data to be exchanged between controllers. The TCP/IP communication blocks can exchange data with any TCP/IP- compatible devices and systems.The inline controllers are configured and programmed from start to finish using PC WorX in accordance with IEC 61131. The application programs are downloaded and tested either via Ethernet, INTERBUS or the local RS – 232 programming interface, depending on the type of device.
